Berlin, 30th August, 2017 - Acer today announced an expansion of its Predator premium gaming line, which includes the Predator Orion 9000 series of desktops with Windows 10, the most powerful yet; the Predator X35 monitor that uses NVIDIA® G-SYNC ™ and Acer HDR Ultra ™ technologies for ultra-smooth performance and stunning visuals. Acer also offers new Predator mice and headsets for gaming fun and control.
Acer Predator Orion 9000 series: Visible power
Designed to intimidate foes and inspire gameplay, the impressive Predator Orion 9000 series aesthetic features a spaceship-like black and silver exterior with customizable RGB lighting on the sides. A large side window displays the powerful and impressive interior with a design that keeps electromagnetic interference (EMI) levels under control despite the size of the opening. Optional fans with customizable RGB lighting create a virtual play of light for a final look that grabs even more attention.
Equipped with two handles and wheels covered with a carbon fiber pattern, the new equipment can be moved easily from place to place. Tool-less side panels make component upgrades easy and the push-open lid allows users a quick way to switch fans. Front access to the headphone holder and cable control help keep the play area clean.

The Predator Orion 9000 series features liquid cooling1 and Acer IceTunnel 2.0 to keep the temperature low while the game heats up. The Predator Orion 9000 will offer up to the latest 18-core Intel® Core ™ i9 Extreme Edition processors and up to 128GB of four-channel DDR4 memory, enabling handling of compute-intensive tasks with ease while delivering performance awesome.

Acer Predator X35: Deeply striking visuals
This 21-inch 9: 35 curved monitor features a spectacular 3440 x 1440 WQHD resolution. Thanks to NVIDIA G-SYNC, Acer HDR Ultra and Quantum dot technologies, it offers the best possible contrast quality and high dynamic range. Advanced LEDs control 512 zones and shed light only when and where required. The Predator X35 allows a wide range of more saturated colors covering 90% of the DCI-P3 standard and a much wider range of illumination than traditional dynamic range monitors. The lightning-fast 4ms response time and refresh rate up to 200Hz, combined with NVIDIA G-SYNC graphics, make the game smooth and realistic, without errors and distractions.
Equipped with the Predator GameView, it provides eight pre-set display modes to optimize the visual for different types of action. In addition to Standard, ECO, Graphic and Movie, there are three special game modes, which include Action, Racing and Sports which can be easily accessed through a hotkey or from the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. Players can also define their own custom profile and program each mode according to their preferences.
Acer BlueLightShield ™ technology allows users to reduce blue light emissions by selecting four different filters through the OSD menu.
