6 RED BULL RACING RB2010 REVEALED AMONG THE ICONIC CARS OF F1 ™ 2017 UNVEILED THE VEHICLE THAT WON THE MANUFACTURERS CHAMPIONSHIP IN 2010
Milan, 1 June 2017 // - Following the recent announcement by F1 ™ 2017, the official video game of FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ™, from Codemasters® and Koch Media, we have learned that the game will include the return of classic cars from the F1 series, as well as an even deeper career mode, numerous improvements to multiplayer and a new “Championship” game mode. Codemasters today unveiled the Red Bull Racing RB6 del 2010, which will be the fourth classic car to appear in the game. F1 2017 will be available worldwide on PlayStation®4, Xbox One and Windows PC (DVD and Steam) on August 25, 2017.
Codemasters has also released the trailer showing the winning car of the constructors' world championship, the Red Bull Racing RB6 del 2010, driven by world champion Sebastian Vettel and teammate Mark Webber. You can see the new trailer here. More classic cars will be available in the coming weeks.
La Red Bull Racing RB6 was the star of 2010, with 9 wins, 15 pole positions and 6 fastest laps. Christian Horner, Red Bull Racing Team Principal said: “The RB6 was our first car to win a Championship, so it's very special for us. 2010 was a dream year for Red Bull Racing, enabling us to achieve our goals in a convincing and dominant way, leaving a great testament to this vehicle, the drivers and the team's commitment. We are proud that the RB6 model is included among the classic cars of the F1 video game, it is certainly a classic for us and I am sure that the players will love to drive it to try to recreate those golden moments on the track. "
Players who pre-order or purchase the game at 'Day One' of F1 2017 will have access to the fantastic 4 McLaren MP4 / 1988, as part of the 'F1 2017 Special Edition.' Alternatively, the McLaren MP4 / 4 can be purchased later. The other eleven classic cars will be available in all editions of the game.
