From November UPlay Plus will be renamed Ubisoft Plus (and will land on Stadia and Amazon Luna)

    According to a news in the last few hours UPlay Plus, Ubisoft's popular subscription service, will soon be renamed Ubisoft Plus and launched on Google Stadia e Amazon Moon between November and December.

    What does this mean?

    In fact it is a rebranding operation which will not touch content or terms of use already active on the PC. Rather, the idea appears to be that of report the expansion of UPlay Plus within the Google and Amazon gaming services.



    Alexa Blumè, one of the project managers, explained that the goal is to no longer limit UPlay Plus (or rather, Ubisoft Plus, by now) to the PC, in order to reach as many people as possible, above all those who cannot afford a performing computer.

    More, Ubisoft promises that it will be possible to start a game on PC and then continue it on Stadia or Luna, thus guaranteeing a sort of interoperability of the service.

    A clear expansion maneuver that nevertheless appears will bring far fewer games to the Stadia and Luna services than those currently included in the PC subscription (currently about a hundred). In any case, never mind: the collection will have giants like the upcoming ones Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs: Legion e Immortals Fenyx Rising, and Ubisoft promises to beef it up after the official launch on November 10th.
