Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympics on Wii and Nintendo Ds

Again an Olympic license, again Mario and Sonic. This time the challenge will take place between snow and ice, for the new Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympics. This was announced by Sega, who announced the release date of late 2009. The setting will be Vancouver -Canada-, the city that will host the next 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Alpine skiing and skating are currently the only two disciplines announced: the others will be revealed during the year but from the photos it is easy to guess that there will be snowboars. The game will see the light on Nintendo Wii and Nintendo Ds and will take full advantage of both the multiplayer game and the legendary Balance Board (probably for snowboarding and skiing!).
