Mass Effect's Normandy flies to No Man's Sky

It's not just Fortnite that's setting up incredible crossovers, too No Man's Sky by Hello Games has teamed up with BioWare to bring the Normandy di Mass Effect at stake. The legendary spaceship of the branded space saga EA, recently arrived in its remastered collection Legendary Edition, was brought into play as Easter Egg, a reward for players who have just finished the Beachhead Expedition.

In the past week, the No Man's Sky community has worked hard on the new game mode included in the Expeditions update, one of the latest big patches that Hello Games is importing into the game in a totally free way, forever erasing the shame of that much questionable launch of the game in 2016.

Players had no idea what they would unlock by completing all of the new missions and quests shipment, the Beachhead Expedition. It was about a sort of treasure hunt where the players had to decipher codes and messages with secret alphabets; finally the whole community was able to redeem the Normandy SR1.

Sean Murray, leader and spokesperson for Hello Games, said he was enthusiastic about the initiative, especially since he and the other developers were happy to pay Mass Effect, a sci-fi saga that they themselves have played and loved.

I still have the chills every time I see this incredibly iconic ship arriving, and I was delighted to see how so many people have had the same reaction

In presenting the video of the Normandy's arrival on No Man's Sky, a very small Patch, 3.41, was also released, but Sean Murray in the game's blog also hinted that Hello Games is preparing some big celebrations for the fifth anniversary of No Man's Sky. Are you curious to find out what will happen?
