According to Samuels this feature would allow the player to have a more "alive" relationship with history and one's alter-ego, in a dimension very similar to that of VR.

Speaking of VR, Samuels noted how with this technology the bond with the character is guaranteed in you play in first person, while in those in the third the impact is much more modest. A gap that, however, the programmer said after the announcement of DualSense, could be overcome.

What do you expect from DualSense? Did Sony's presentation tickle your fancy?
