Feardemic, famous subsidiary of Bloober Team specialized in horror, has recently concluded an agreement with Twisted II Studio for publication di Dark Fracture.
Coming soon to all platforms, Dark Fracture is a highly anticipated one first person psychological horror. As a result of this partnership, Dark Fracture will no longer come out in Early Access but will have a full release in 2022. Set in an American forest from the second half of the 90s, the player will take on the role of Edward, one person haunted by his tragic past which finds its only sources of comfort in medicine and daily routine. However, the loneliness in his workplace, a research facility on decaying corpses, amplifies Edward's problems by the day.
Dark Fracture is a dark tale full of mysteries. The player will have to solve several and inexplicable environmental events and puzzles, delving deeper and deeper into Edward's psyche. Some of these paranormal phenomena are procedurally generated At some point, the player will find himself in one terrifying parallel dimension whose existence is unclear: is it all in Edward's mind or does that world really exist?
It is in effect a survival horror in the first person, where however the decisions taken at stake will impact on Edward's fate, for this it will be necessary to make the right choices. To enrich the gameplay there is an indicator of sanity and the possibility of using the tools available in a strategic way while maintaining two at the same time.
Like every horror game produced in Poland now, the game's rich and immersive environments take inspiration from dipinti surrealisti di Zdzisław Beksiński and at flesh sculptures by HR Giger.
