What will Pedro Pascal's Joel be like? To our aid comes a fan art

After what seemed like an eternity, the HBO finally announced who he was going to play Joel ed Ellie in their next series The Last of Us setting off the usual train of controversy and chatter.

After months of theorising about names, between Hugh Jackman that flew right and left or Elliot page who were mentioned and then disappeared into the ether, in the end it was an unsuspected Pedro Pascal, known to most for having impersonated in Game of Thrones Prince Oberyn Martell, called the red viper.

Ours has a very respectable curriculum, having participated in several of the most popular series of all time and ending up still being the protagonist of the much talked about The Mandalorian.

Here, Pedro Pascal it will go from being the Mandalorian to being Joel Miller, accompanied by Beautiful Ramsey (also from Game Of Thrones) as Ellie.

There are still no official photos and videos showing the characters on the screen and, to soothe the expectation of the fans, the fan art made by characters with pencils instead of fingers comes to our aid.

Joel Pascal or Peter Miller?

Andrea White, a Croatian artist, he decided to carry out an artistic experiment in which he tried to predict what Pascal will be like as Joel.
As we can see below, our favorite survivor's scruffy beard mixed with the green plaid shirt already makes a good starting point for a hybrid between the two characters.

This is enough to quench our hunger for The Last Of Us?

Clearly the answer is no but in the meantime this is a good way to imagine the popular character with the face of the equally well-known actor. We are also very curious to see how the character of Ellie, considering the physical differences between actress and polygonal model.

For now, no release date has been set for The Last of Us area of HBO. So we can imagine the show coming out at the end of this year or during the first months of next. Surely it will be one of the shows that will be talked about the most during the course of the release year so let's hold on tight.
